Vilkår og betingelser («vilkår») er en samling av vilkår definert av eieren av en nettside. De angir vilkårene og betingelsene for aktivitetene til besøkende på nettsiden og forholdet mellom nettsidens besøkende og eieren.
 

Vilkår må defineres i henhold til de bestemte behovene og arten til hver nettside. For eksempel krever en nettside som tilbyr produkter til kunder i e-handelstransaksjoner vilkår som er forskjellige fra vilkårene til en nettsiden som kun gir informasjon.
 

Vilkår gir eieren av nettsiden muligheten til å beskytte seg mot potensiell juridisk eksponering.

Generelt, hva bør dekkes i vilkårene og betingelsene?

As a certified trainer and member of our Trainers Community, you can use Ambitionprofile in various contexts. You receive materials, lectures, and ready-made modules and work sheets, enabling you to easily apply Ambitionprofile to different target groups and needs.

Students

Help students understand their study and work styles and equip them with practical strategies to excel academically while maintaining their well-being. The goal is to give them the best possible start to their careers and help them develop good self-leadership habits.
 
This module includes a lecture with student-specific topics, an individual assessment, and a personal report. Participants gain fundamental knowledge of the personas, improved prerequisites for group collaboration, and effective tips for stress management during their studies.

New hires &
onboarding 

Ensure new hires get a strong start and increased self-awareness by providing early insight into their thought patterns related to stress and performance, and how these might manifest when new to a job.

 

This module includes an individual assessment and a personal report. New hires receive a workshop covering basic persona knowledge, along with practical tips on stress management and self-leadership especially relevant for a new role.

Team development 

Strengthen the team's collaboration ability and psychological safety. The goal is for the team to understand differences, perform better together, and achieve a more secure and effective work environment.
 

The team assesses their various thought patterns related to stress and performance, gaining deeper knowledge of themselves and other team members. This fosters an understanding of how differences can create friction, providing a better basis for leveraging these differences positively for optimal collaboration.

Leadership

Provide leaders with insights into how to better lead themselves, and more easily understand and support employees effectively based on their own and each employee's Ambitionprofile persona. This includes awareness of how their own persona influences leadership style, tailoring employee follow-up, and assigning tasks for optimal teams.


Leaders participate in an engaging workshop where they gain research-based insights into factors contributing to stress and burnout. They learn about their own stress persona and receive a personalized leadership report, along with concrete tips on how best to lead and support each individual persona. The aim is increased self-awareness and a stronger foundation for leading diverse employees based on their unique personas.

Organizational
assessment

Provide strategic insight and tools for targeted work with stress and performance at the organizational level. The goal is to offer a comprehensive overview of the organization and targeted support where it's most needed, to build a healthy and high-performing organizational culture.
 

By assessing all employees, People & Culture/HR receives aggregated reports showing where in the organization the risk of stress and burnout is highest. This insight can be used to implement targeted measures, optimize recruitment processes with interview guides based on personas, and develop tailored strategies for employee conversations and onboarding. Each individual employee also receives their own report with their stress persona and tips for self-leadership.

Coaching,
individual & group

Offer personal coaching and development based on deep insight into an individual's thought patterns related to stress and performance.
 

Ambitionprofile serves as an excellent starting point for conversations and coaching, both individually and in groups.
