Who you are

Learning objectives

3 steps
1. Introductory Course
Join a two-day, in-person workshop focused on training, hands-on practice, and reflective learning.
2. Practical Application
Apply Ambitionprofile in your own work during a practice period, gaining first-hand experience.
3. Certification
Participate in a digital session where you share your experiences and demonstrate your understanding of Ambitionprofile to complete your accreditation.
Trainers Community
To actively use Ambitionprofile in your work after certification, you must join the Ambitionprofile Trainers Community.
There, you'll maintain and further develop the professional quality of your work, as well as network and exchange experiences with other trainers.

Your input will help us continue to develop Ambitionprofile into an even better assessment tool and framework, based on the real needs of you and your target audiences.
You'll get:

The annual membership fee for the Trainers Community is 9900 SEK/NOK. The cost per assessment ranges from 800 to 400 SEK/NOK per person, depending on volume. For larger organizations, we offer custom enterprise agreements for both membership and assessments.
