Ambitionprofile is a digital assessment tool and framework for dialogue designed to help individuals, teams, leaders, and HR to:
 

  • Identify different thought patterns around stress, pressure, and performance, and develop a common language for this within the organization.

  • Make it easier to prevent stress and burnout in a targeted way.

  • Contribute to increased well-being, satisfaction, and performance in the workplace.
     

The certification program provides an introduction to the knowledge behind Ambitionprofile and a solid foundation for using it in practice.

Who it's for

​​

  • External consultants and coaches: Professionals working with established client portfolios, including consultants, coaches, or specialists in occupational health services.

  • Internal facilitators: Individuals within organizations—such as HR, People & Culture, or internal coaching teams—who want to apply Ambitionprofile for internal development.

  • Independent consultants: Freelancers or solo consultants with their own clients.

  • Agile coaches and change agents: Professionals driving transformation or adoption processes who want to leverage Ambitionprofile as a powerful tool for interpreting the results with confidence. 

Who you are

  • You are interested in Ambitionprofile and motivated to apply it in your work.

  • You want to work with a research-based approach.

  • You aim to reduce stress and burnout while increasing well-being and performance in workplaces.

  • You have a relevant prior education and/or certification, such as being a certified coach, psychologist, mental trainer, gestalt therapist, or nurse.

  • You have other relevant background experience, for example, in HR, leadership, or change management.

  • You are experienced in leading workshops and group processes and want to use Ambitionprofile at team, group, and organizational levels.

  • You possess strong "human skills" and facilitation expertise.

  • You have a defined and established target audience/client group with whom you intend to use Ambitionprofile.

Learning objectives

  • ​Gain a solid understanding of the research underpinning Ambitionprofile, including the core concepts of perfectionism and performance-based self-worth.

  • Learn how to apply Ambitionprofile to prevent stress and burnout, and to enhance workplace well-being, collaboration, and performance.

  • Develop the ability to present Ambitionprofile clearly and effectively to different audiences.

  • Acquire the skills to design and facilitate workshops that foster strong group dynamics and support individual growth.

  • Become proficient in setting up assessments, administering them in practice, and interpreting the results with confidence.

3 steps

1. Introductory Course

Join a two-day, in-person workshop focused on training, hands-on practice, and reflective learning.
 

2. Practical Application
Apply Ambitionprofile in your own work during a practice period, gaining first-hand experience.
 

3. Certification
Participate in a digital session where you share your experiences and demonstrate your understanding of Ambitionprofile to complete your accreditation.

Trainers Community

To actively use Ambitionprofile in your work after certification, you must join the Ambitionprofile Trainers Community.
 

There, you'll maintain and further develop the professional quality of your work, as well as network and exchange experiences with other trainers.

Your input will help us continue to develop Ambitionprofile into an even better assessment tool and framework, based on the real needs of you and your target audiences.
 

You'll get:
 

  • Quarterly digital meetings with updates on new research, experience sharing, and Q&A sessions.

  • Access to a digital trainer portal with resources and professional materials, such as videos, ready-made workshop modules, and FAQs.

  • Access to a digital forum to share experiences with other certified trainers.

  • The opportunity to ask ongoing questions about using Ambitionprofile.

  • An exciting network with other engaged trainers.

The annual membership fee for the Trainers Community is 9900 SEK/NOK. The cost per assessment ranges from 800 to 400 SEK/NOK per person, depending on volume. For larger organizations, we offer custom enterprise agreements for both membership and assessments.
